I think it’s a goal of every person INDIVIDUALLY to praise God but together as a church they supposed to bring “the message of repentance to all the nations”( luke 24:47). We can praise God in heaven but for some reason he left us on earth. And I’m sure the reason for that is to be His witnesses and promote the repentance and salvation to other people on Earth
